A person that is not a certified association of electronic payment handling service providers (excluding a person certified under the provisions of Article 85-3-4 (Certification of Certified Association of Electronic Payment Handling Service Providers for Shinkin Banks) of the Shinkin Bank Act and any other person specified by Cabinet Order as being similar to them) must not use a word in their name which is likely to be mistaken for a certified association of electronic payment handling service providers.
