In the following cases, the Prime Minister must cancel the registration of an electronic payment handling service provider:
内閣総理大臣は、次に掲げる場合には、電子決済等取扱業者の登録を抹消しなければならない。
when the Prime Minister has revoked the registration referred to in Article 52-60-3 pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or (3) of the preceding Article; or
前条第一項又は第三項の規定により第五十二条の六十の三の登録を取り消したとき。
when the registration referred to in Article 52-60-3 ceases to be effective pursuant to the provisions of Article 52-60-36, paragraph (2).
第五十二条の六十の三十六第二項の規定により第五十二条の六十の三の登録がその効力を失つたとき。
