When engaging in electronic payment handling services, an electronic payment handling service provider must conclude a contract with an entrusting bank for electronic payment handling services in which particulars for sharing the liability to compensate for damages incurred by customers between the entrusting bank and the electronic payment handling service provider and other particulars specified by Cabinet Office Order are provided for, and conduct electronic payment handling services related to that entrusting bank in accordance with the contract.
