Article 52-60-13Prohibition on Deposit of Money

An electronic payment handling service provider must not, for any reason, receive a deposit of money or other property from a customer, or have a person specified by Cabinet Order as having a close relationship with that electronic payment handling service provider deposit a customer's money or other property, in connection with the electronic payment handling services they provide; provided, however, that this does not apply in cases specified by Cabinet Office Order as being less likely to result in insufficient customer protection.
