When a bank agent receives delivery of money or other properties from a customer in connection with an action set forth in any of the items of Article 2, paragraph (14) (hereinafter referred to as "activity as a bank agent" in this Chapter), the bank agent must manage the money or other properties separately from its own property, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Order.
