Any person that has an interest in the judicial decision on a proceeding carried out by a court pursuant to the provisions of this Act may file an immediate appeal against the judicial decision, within an unextendable period of two weeks from the day on which they received a notice of the judicial decision, only in cases in which there are special provisions allowing the appeal in this Act.
この法律の規定により裁判所が行う手続に係る裁判につき利害関係を有する者は、この法律に特別の定めがある場合に限り、当該裁判に対し、その告知を受けた日から二週間の不変期間内に、即時抗告をすることができる。
