Supplementary Provisions, Article 61Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Administrative Case Litigation Act
第六十一条（行政事件訴訟法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to jurisdiction over an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition that was filed with the former Public Corporation as the defendant before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Case Litigation Act prior to amendment by Article 16 (limited to one concerning operations, etc. (meaning operations, etc. prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (3) of the Postal Service Privatization Act; the same applies hereinafter) that are to be succeeded to by a successor company, etc. pursuant to the provisions of Article 166, paragraph (1) of that Act), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に第十六条の規定による改正前の行政事件訴訟法の規定に基づき提起された旧公社を被告とする抗告訴訟（郵政民営化法第百六十六条第一項の規定により承継会社等が承継することとなる業務等（同法第六条第三項に規定する業務等をいう。以下同じ。）に関するものに限る。）の管轄については、なお従前の例による。
