第十一条（処分の効力等を争点とする訴訟に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 39 apply mutatis mutandis to an action concerning a legal relationship under private law that is pending at the time this Act comes into effect only in the case where the existence or non-existence of or validity or invalidity of an original administrative disposition or administrative determination has newly come to be disputed after this Act comes into effect.
