A private lodging manager must keep accounts of its business at each place of business or offices, enter the date of the contract and other particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism with regard to the management contract for each notified residence, and keep these accounts, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
