Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date the Agreement comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 40 through Article 44 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、協定の効力発生の日から施行する。ただし、附則第四十条から第四十四条までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。
