Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date on which the Agreement takes effect; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、協定の効力発生の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions: whichever is later of the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act, etc. (Act No. 130 of 2004) or the date of promulgation.
附則第四十二条の規定 国家公務員共済組合法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第百三十号）の公布の日又は公布日のいずれか遅い日
The provisions of Article 43 of the Supplementary Provisions: whichever is later of the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, etc. (Act No. 131 of 2004) or the date of promulgation.
附則第四十三条の規定 私立学校教職員共済法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第百三十一号）の公布の日又は公布日のいずれか遅い日
