A person that corresponds to any of the following items is to be an Insured Person of Long-Term Care for the Aged Insurance provided by a municipality or special city ward (herein referred to simply as "Municipality"):
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、市町村又は特別区（以下単に「市町村」という。）が行う介護保険の被保険者とする。
a person that is domiciled in the Municipality and is 65 years of age or more (herein referred to as "Primary Insured Person");
市町村の区域内に住所を有する六十五歳以上の者（以下「第一号被保険者」という。）
a person insured by medical insurance that is domiciled in the Municipality and is 40 years of age or more but less than 65 years of age (herein referred to as "Secondary Insured Person").
