When a person fails to keep Financial Statements, etc., fails to enter the matters to be entered in Financial Statements, etc., or submits a false entry in violation of the provisions of Article 69-19, paragraph (1), or refuses a demand pursuant to the provisions of any item of paragraph (2) without justifiable cause, said person is punished by a fine of an amount not to exceed 200,000 yen.
第六十九条の十九第一項の規定に違反して財務諸表等を備えて置かず、財務諸表等に記載すべき事項を記載せず、若しくは虚偽の記載をし、又は正当な理由がないのに同条第二項各号の規定による請求を拒んだ者は、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
