When a representative person of a juridical person (including an Association or foundation that is not a juridical person and has a provision for a representative or manager (hereinafter in this Article referred to as an "Association or foundation without legal personality"); the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) (including the manager of an Association or foundation without legal personality), or an agent, employee, or other worker of a juridical person or an individual commits a violation as set forth in Article 205-2 to Article 206-2, Article 209 or Article 209-2 with regard to the business of said juridical person or individual, not only the offender is punished, but also said juridical person or said individual is punished by the fine as prescribed in the respective Articles.
法人（法人でない社団又は財団で代表者又は管理人の定めがあるもの（以下この条において「人格のない社団等」という。）を含む。以下この項において同じ。）の代表者（人格のない社団等の管理人を含む。）又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関して第二百五条の二から第二百六条の二まで、第二百九条又は第二百九条の二の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても、各本条の罰金刑を科する。
Where the provisions of the preceding paragraph apply to an Association or foundation without legal personality, in addition to the representative or manager of the Association or foundation without legal personality representing it in its litigation acts, the provisions of laws concerning criminal procedure in the case where a juridical person is the accused or suspect apply mutatis mutandis.
