With regard to business that an Association conducts pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as "Business Relevant to A Long-Term Care Insurance Project"), notwithstanding the provisions of Article 29 of the National Health Insurance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 86 of the same Act, a special provision concerning voting rights may be provided by the constitution.
