The national government, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, provides an amount equivalent to 20 percent of costs necessary for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support to a Municipality.
国は、政令で定めるところにより、市町村に対し、介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に要する費用の額の百分の二十に相当する額を交付する。
The national government, in order to adjust the finances of Long-Term Care Insurance, provides to a Municipality an amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order with regard to the amount of costs necessary for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support, taking into consideration the distribution by age group of Primary Insured Persons, distribution of income of Primary Insured Persons, etc.
国は、介護保険の財政の調整を行うため、市町村に対し、介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に要する費用の額について、第一号被保険者の年齢階級別の分布状況、第一号被保険者の所得の分布状況等を考慮して、政令で定めるところにより算定した額を交付する。
The total amount of the amounts provided pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph (including the amount provided pursuant to the provisions of Article 106-8 of the Social Welfare Act (limited to the portion pertaining to item (ii))) is to be the amount equivalent to 5 percent of the total amount of costs necessary for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support of each Municipality.
前項の規定により交付する額（社会福祉法第百六条の八（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定により交付する額を含む。）の総額は、各市町村の介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に要する費用の額の総額の百分の五に相当する額とする。
The national government, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, grants an amount equivalent to 50 percent of the amount (hereinafter referred to as "specified community support project support amount") that is obtained by multiplying the percentage that is the result of the sum of the cost payment percentage of the Secondary Insured Person group as set forth in Article 125, paragraph (1) and 50 percent, by the amount of expenses necessary for a Community Support Project (except for the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support) to a Municipality.
国は、政令で定めるところにより、市町村に対し、地域支援事業（介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業を除く。）に要する費用の額に、第百二十五条第一項の第二号被保険者負担率に百分の五十を加えた率を乗じて得た額（以下「特定地域支援事業支援額」という。）の百分の五十に相当する額を交付する。
