The national government, in addition to what is provided for in the preceding two Articles, grants subsidies to Municipalities within the scope of the budget, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, in order to support the initiatives of Municipalities for supporting independent daily life of their Insured Persons in the community, preventing them from falling into a Condition of Need for Long-Term Care, etc., or reducing or preventing deterioration of a Condition of Need for Long-Term Care, etc., and ensuring the appropriateness of the expenses required for Long-Term Care Benefit, etc.
The national government, in order to support the initiatives of prefectures pertaining to the support under the provisions of Article 120-2, paragraph (1) and the projects under the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, grants subsidies to prefectures within the scope of the budget, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order.
国は、都道府県による第百二十条の二第一項の規定による支援及び同条第二項の規定による事業に係る取組を支援するため、政令で定めるところにより、都道府県に対し、予算の範囲内において、交付金を交付する。
