Supplementary Provisions, Article 35Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure
第三十五条（民事訴訟法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Service made before this Act comes into effect that is listed in Article 104, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Code of Civil Procedure before its amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article (including service deemed to be that service pursuant to the provisions of Article 104 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Arrangement, etc. of Related Acts for the Enforcement of the Postal Service Privatization Act, etc.) is deemed to be service listed in item (ii) of that paragraph for the purpose of the application of the provisions of Article 104, paragraph (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
この法律の施行前にされた前条の規定による改正前の民事訴訟法第百四条第三項第二号に掲げる送達（郵政民営化法等の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律附則第百四条の規定により当該送達とみなされた送達を含む。）は、前条の規定による改正後の民事訴訟法第百四条第三項の規定の適用については、同項第二号に掲げる送達とみなす。
