Article 39Effect of Provisions on Grounds for Dissolution in Articles of Incorporation
第三十九条（定款の解散事由の規定の効力）
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 471, items (i) and (ii) (Grounds for Dissolution) of the Companies Act, a bank is not dissolved due to the grounds set forth in items (i) and (ii) of that Article.
銀行は、会社法第四百七十一条第一号及び第二号（解散の事由）の規定にかかわらず、同条第一号又は第二号に掲げる事由によつては、解散しない。
