Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Insurance Act
第三条（雇用保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the basic allowance based on the measures under Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Act"), and the adjustment concerning various kinds of extended benefits prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Act under the provisions of that Article, for qualified recipients prescribed in Article 15, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Act for whom those measures were decided before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に第四条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法（以下「旧雇用保険法」という。）第二十五条第一項の措置が決定された旧雇用保険法第十五条第一項に規定する受給資格者に係る当該措置に基づく基本手当の支給及び旧雇用保険法第二十八条の規定による同条第一項に規定する各延長給付に関する調整については、なお従前の例による。
