In order to receive the issuance of a starting ticket, an employer must enter in the starting ticket receipt book the total amount equivalent to the amount of stamp insurance premiums to be displayed by that stamp insurance premium payment register and the date on which the employer intends to receive the issuance of the starting ticket, and submit the book to the Revenue Collecting Officer of the Prefectural Labor Bureau for the payment register.
事業主は、始動票札の交付を受けるためには、始動票札受領通帳に当該印紙保険料納付計器により表示しようとする印紙保険料の額に相当する金額の総額及び始動票札の交付を受けようとする年月日を記入し、納付計器に係る都道府県労働局歳入徴収官に提出しなければならない。
A person who intends to receive the issuance of a starting ticket pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph must, in advance, pay the total amount equivalent to the amount of stamp insurance premiums that can be displayed by that stamp insurance premium payment register to the Prefectural Labor Bureau Cash Receiving Officer having jurisdiction over the location of the workplace where that stamp insurance premium payment register has been installed.
