Article 19Amount of Labor Insurance Premiums under Article 12, Paragraph (3) of the Act

The amount obtained by adding the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the special enrollment non-industrial injury rate from the amount of Class I special enrollment insurance premiums to the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the non-industrial injury rate from the amount of general insurance premiums during the three consecutive insurance years prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (3) of the Act (limited, for a business under Article 12, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, to the portion corresponding to the industrial accident insurance rate (if that rate has been increased or decreased pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article (including where applied with terms replaced pursuant to Article 12-2 of the Act), the increased or decreased rate; the same applies hereinafter in this Article)) is the sum of the amounts obtained, for each insurance year of those three consecutive insurance years, by adding the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the special enrollment non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums relating to Class I special enrollment insurance premiums to the amount obtained by subtracting the portion corresponding to the non-industrial injury rate from the amount of final insurance premiums relating to general insurance premiums (limited, for a business under Article 12, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, to the portion corresponding to the industrial accident insurance rate).
