In order to provide face-to-face guidance under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 66-8 or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, an employer must assess the working hours of workers (excluding those who are prescribed in paragraph (1) of the following Article) pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
