Workers, and persons engaged in work, other than workers, who are engaged in work on a job at the same site as workers, must observe the necessary rules in response to the measures taken under the provisions of Articles 20 through 25 and of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article that the employer takes.
労働者及び労働者と同一の場所において仕事の作業に従事する労働者以外の作業従事者は、事業者が第二十条から第二十五条まで及び前条第一項の規定に基づき講ずる措置に応じて、必要な事項を守らなければならない。
