第二十五条

If there is an imminent danger of an industrial injury occurring, an employer must immediately stop operations and take the necessary measures to have the workers evacuate from the workspace.

事業者は、労働災害発生の急迫した危険があるときは、直ちに作業を中止し、労働者を作業場から退避させる等必要な措置を講じなければならない。

worker
労働者（ろうどうしゃ）
A worker as defined in Article 9 of the Labor Standards Act — a person, in any occupation, employed at a business or office (事業又は事務所) and paid wages — other than a person employed at a business or office that employs only relatives living with the employer (同居の親族), and a domestic worker (家事使用人).
労働基準法第九条に規定する労働者（同居の親族のみを使用する事業又は事務所に使用される者及び家事使用人を除く。）
