The owner of the original copy of an artistic work or photographic work or a person authorized thereby may publicly exhibit that work.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply if the original copy of an artistic work is permanently installed on a street, at a park, or in any other outdoor location accessible to the public, or on the outer wall of a building or other place easily seen by the public.
