The author of a work enjoys the rights provided for in paragraph (1) of the following Article; Article 19, paragraph (1); and Article 20, paragraph (1) (hereinafter referred to as the "moral rights of an author"), as well as the rights provided for in Articles 21 through 28 (hereinafter referred to as a "copyright").
著作者は、次条第一項、第十九条第一項及び第二十条第一項に規定する権利（以下「著作者人格権」という。）並びに第二十一条から第二十八条までに規定する権利（以下「著作権」という。）を享有する。
