If the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs finds that a registered verification body has ceased to conform to any of the items of Article 104-34, paragraph (3), the Commissioner may order that registered verification body to take the measures necessary to conform to those provisions.
文化庁長官は、登録確認機関が第百四条の三十四第三項各号のいずれかに適合しなくなつたと認めるときは、当該登録確認機関に対し、これらの規定に適合するため必要な措置を講ずべきことを命ずることができる。
