第百四十二条（検討）
After approximately five years have passed since the enforcement of this Act, the government is to review what the appropriate regulations based on the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. amended by this Act should be, by taking into consideration of the state of enforcement of this Act and other matters, and take necessary measures based on the result of the review when the government finds it necessary.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況等を勘案し、この法律により改正された雇用保険法等の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
