第二十七条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts performed prior to the enforcement of this Act (in the case of the provisions listed in each item of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, each provision; the same applies in the following Article), the provisions then in force remain applicable.
