With regard to jurisdiction over an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition against the Japan Bicycle Promotion Association as the defendant, filed before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Case Litigation Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
