Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures concerning Standing to Be Sued
第六条（被告適格に関する経過措置）
With regard to standing to be sued in actions for the revocation of administrative dispositions that are pending at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の際現に係属している取消訴訟の被告適格については、なお従前の例による。
