Article 43Application, Mutatis Mutandis, of Provisions on Actions for the Judicial Review of Administrative Dispositions or Public Law-Related Actions
第四十三条（抗告訴訟又は当事者訴訟に関する規定の準用）
The provisions on actions for the revocation of administrative dispositions, except for the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph (1), apply mutatis mutandis to citizen actions or interagency actions seeking the revocation of an original administrative disposition or administrative determination.
The provisions on an action for the declaration of nullity, etc., except for the provisions of Article 36, apply mutatis mutandis to citizen actions or interagency actions seeking the declaration of nullity of an original administrative disposition or administrative determination.
The provisions on public law-related actions, except for the provisions of Article 39 and Article 40, paragraph (1), apply mutatis mutandis to citizen actions or interagency actions other than those prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs.
