Article 33Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Provisions on Agricultural Mediation
第三十三条（農事調停等に関する規定の準用）
The provisions of Article 24-3 and Articles 27 through 30 apply mutatis mutandis to mediation cases referred to in the preceding Article. In this case, the phrase "ministerial or prefectural farmland official" in Articles 27 and 28 is deemed to be replaced with "director-general of a regional bureau of economy, trade and industry".
第二十四条の三及び第二十七条から第三十条までの規定は、前条の調停事件に準用する。この場合において、第二十七条及び第二十八条中「小作官又は小作主事」とあるのは、「経済産業局長」と読み替えるものとする。
