第七条
Until the day before the date specified by Cabinet Order in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the prefectural governor must hear the opinion of the Medical Institution Development Council in advance when taking a disposition under Article 64, paragraph (2) or Article 66, paragraph (1) after the revision.
附則第一条ただし書の政令で定める日の前日までの間において、都道府県知事は、改正後の第六十四条第二項又は第六十六条第一項の規定に基づく処分を行うに当たつては、あらかじめ、医療機関整備審議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
