Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
With regard to a medical corporation existing at the time of enforcement of this Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 46-2 through 47 and Article 68 after the revision, the provisions then in force continue to govern for two years from the date of enforcement of this Act.
この法律の施行の際現に存する医療法人については、改正後の第四十六条の二から第四十七条まで及び第六十八条の規定にかかわらず、この法律の施行の日から二年間は、なお従前の例による。
