第四条
With regard to the fee that a person deemed, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, to have obtained the license under Article 30, paragraph (1) of the New Employment Security Act receives from the job seeker concerned in connection with a job-seeking application accepted before the Effective Date, notwithstanding Article 32-3, paragraph (2) of the New Employment Security Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第二条第一項の規定により新職業安定法第三十条第一項の許可を受けた者とみなされた者が、施行日前に受理した求職の申込みに関し、当該求職の申込みに係る求職者から受ける手数料については、新職業安定法第三十二条の三第二項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
