第五条
With regard to the validity period of the license of a person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has actually obtained the license under Article 33, paragraph (1) of the Former Employment Security Act, notwithstanding Article 33, paragraph (3) of the New Employment Security Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の際現に旧職業安定法第三十三条第一項の許可を受けている者についての当該許可の有効期間は、新職業安定法第三十三条第三項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
