In the case of a violation of the provisions of Article 38, the employers or employers' organization thereof, the workers' organization or other persons or organization thereof, responsible for the violation, is punished by a fine of not more than two hundred thousand yen.
第三十八条の規定の違反があつた場合においては、その違反行為について責任のある使用者若しくはその団体、労働者の団体又はその他の者若しくはその団体は、これを二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
The provisions of paragraphs (2) to (4) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to a case set forth in the preceding paragraph. In that case, the term "one hundred thousand yen" in paragraph (3) of the same Article is to be replaced with "two hundred thousand yen."
