Members of the Labour Relations Commission, or special members for adjustment, representing the employers or members of the Labour Relations Commission, or special members for adjustment, representing the workers, nominated by the respective parties concerned, may attend meetings of the arbitration committee and state their opinions with the consent of the arbitration committee.
