Supplementary Provisions, Article 40, paragraph (1)
附則第十九条第二項において準用する入管法第六十一条の八の三第二項各号に掲げる者が、同項の規定に違反して、附則第十三条第六項、第十五条第四項若しくは第十六条第三項の規定により交付され、若しくは附則第十七条第二項及び第十八条第二項において準用する入管法第十九条の七第二項の規定により返還される在留カードの受領、附則第十六条第一項の規定による申請又は附則第十七条第一項若しくは第十八条第一項の規定による届出をしなかったときは、五万円以下の過料に処する。
If a person set forth in any of the items of Article 61-8-3, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, in violation of the provisions of the same paragraph, has failed to receive a residence card issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (6), Article 15, paragraph (4) or Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions or returned pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-7, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (2) and Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, to file an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, or to make a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) or Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the person is punished by a civil fine of not more than 50,000 yen.
