If any of the following items apply, the person who committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 14, paragraph (2));
if a person has failed to make a report under the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (1) of the Employment Security Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (5), or has made a false report;
第十六条第五項において準用する職業安定法第五十条第一項の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をしたとき。
if a person has refused, obstructed or evaded entry or inspection under the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (2) of the Employment Security Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (5), or has failed to answer a question under the provisions of that paragraph or made a false statement; or
第十六条第五項において準用する職業安定法第五十条第二項の規定による立入り若しくは検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、又は同項の規定による質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をしたとき。
if a person has divulged secrets in violation of the provisions of Article 51, paragraph (1) of the Employment Security Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (5).
第十六条第五項において準用する職業安定法第五十一条第一項の規定に違反して秘密を漏らしたとき。
