Part of the authorities of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in Articles 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 30, and the preceding Article may be delegated to the director general of the relevant prefectural labor bureau, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
