Any person who has divulged any information provided for in Article 12 in violation of the Article is to be subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.
第十二条の規定に違反して同条に規定する事項を漏らした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
Any person who has divulged any information provided for in Article 12 in violation of the Article is to be subject toIf a person has engaged in specified disadvantageous treatment such as dismissal, in violation of the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1), the person who has committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.第十二条第三条第一項の規定に違反して同条に規定する事項を漏らした者は、解雇等特定不利益取扱いをしたときは、当該違反行為をした者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
