Article 21, paragraph (1)
Any person who has divulged any information provided for in Article 12 in violation of the Article is to be subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.

Article 22, paragraph (1)
A person who has failed to make a report under Article 15 or has made a false report is punished by a civil fine of not more than 200,000 yen.
第十五条の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者は、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
