Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Interest on Delayed Payment

第二条（遅延利息に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 6 apply in the case where a worker retires on or after the date on which the provisions of that Article come into effect.

第六条の規定は、同条の規定の施行の日以後に労働者が退職した場合について適用する。

worker
労働者（ろうどうしゃ）
A worker as defined in Article 9 of the Labor Standards Act — a person of any occupation who is employed at a business or office and paid wages — except a person employed at a business or office that employs only relatives living with the employer, and a domestic worker (家事使用人).
労働基準法第九条に規定する労働者（同居の親族のみを使用する事業又は事務所に使用される者及び家事使用人を除く。）
