Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation of the Act on Comprehensive Special Zones (Act No. 81 of 2011).
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第十五条の規定は、総合特別区域法（平成二十三年法律第八十一号）の公布の日から施行する。
