The payment of fees under the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (5) or Article 16-2, paragraph (16) of the Act is to be made by submitting a statement of payment of fees pursuant to the Appended Form No. 12 with a revenue stamp corresponding to the amount of the fee pasted on it.
法第十四条第五項又は第十六条の二第十六項の規定による手数料の納付は、別記第十二号様式による手数料納付書に、当該手数料の額に相当する収入印紙を貼って提出することによって行うものとする。
