A general incorporated association (一般社団法人) that uses the words 宅地建物取引業協会 (real estate brokerage association) in its name and whose articles say that it works within one prefecture and has real estate brokers (宅地建物取引業者) as its members, for the purpose of guiding and liaising with its members.
Business that the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare specifies, which a social medical corporation (社会医療法人) may carry on, as its articles of incorporation (定款) or act of endowment (寄附行為) provide and so long as its medical work does not suffer, to put the income toward running the hospitals and other facilities it opens.

In Article 67, paragraph (3) and Article 67-12, item (v), a purchase of securities that an association member (協会員) of an authorized association (認可協会) makes on the order of someone other than a professional investor, etc. (特定投資家等) (or the issuer of the securities and others a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) specifies), which the association may prohibit, under its articles of incorporation, for each over-the-counter securities market (店頭売買有価証券市場) it opens.
In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 84 of 2006, a medical corporation that is an association (社団) whose articles of incorporation (定款) name, as those to receive its remaining assets, persons chosen from those Article 44, paragraph (5) allows: the State, local governments, or medical corporations or other providers of medical care that a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets.
