Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning the Collection of Expenses
第四条（費用の徴収に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 77-2 of the Public Assistance Act as Amended by Article 3 apply to the collection of amounts to be collected relating to expenses required for public assistance paid out on or after the day this Act comes into effect by the head of a prefecture or municipality.
第三条改正後生活保護法第七十七条の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に都道府県又は市町村の長が支弁した保護に要する費用に係る徴収金の徴収について適用する。
